Danzambedd™ ships orders to the delivery information provided by the customer. Please review your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address carefully before completing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

Order preparation time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, weather, and carrier conditions. Bedding products may also need careful packing to help protect fabric condition during transit.

Once an order is prepared, delivery timing depends on the destination and the carrier’s schedule. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is handed to the carrier.

Delivery delays may happen because of local delivery conditions, seasonal volume, address issues, weather events, building access problems, or missed delivery attempts.

If a package appears delayed or shows delivered but has not been received, please check nearby delivery areas, mailrooms, building offices, family members, or neighbors first. Then contact service@danzambedd.com so our team can review the available information.

Danzambedd™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect customer-provided delivery details, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
