RETURN POLICY
Danzambedd™ wants customers to feel comfortable when choosing bedding. If you need to request a return, please contact service@danzambedd.com within the return period shown on the store page or order information.
Returned products should be unused, clean, unwashed, complete, and kept with original packaging when possible. Bedding that shows signs of use, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, damage, missing parts, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for return approval.
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain bedding items may have return limits once opened, washed, used, or removed from protective packaging. This may include pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, blankets, and other close-contact fabric items, unless the product arrived with a confirmed issue.
Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Products returned without prior communication may be delayed or may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please email us with your order details and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. Danzambedd™ will review the request and provide a suitable next step based on the situation.
